The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active brt4d account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You are an individual (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services through brt4d from your jurisdiction.
3. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of brt4d or any entity within the same corporate group.
5. You have not previously had a brt4d account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full legal and financial responsibility for your wagering activity.

brt4d does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing brt4d is lawful in your location before you register or place any wager.

Registration on brt4d requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.

Each individual may hold one (1) brt4d account only. If brt4d detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified via device fingerprint, IP address, banking details, or matching personal information — brt4d reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any pending or existing Bonus Balance, and recover any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. brt4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify brt4d immediately via Live Chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

brt4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to comply with international anti-money-laundering standards and to protect the integrity of the Platform. Before any withdrawal request is approved, the Member must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the brt4d compliance team.

brt4d will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned for correction. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC approval is confirmed. brt4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.

5.1 Deposits. brt4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and via approved Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposit amounts are credited to your brt4d account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). brt4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment services not listed above. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your brt4d account. brt4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Verified Members typically receive withdrawals within 5 minutes to 3 hours of approval, depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00–21:00 WIB) may be processed on the next available business day.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. brt4d reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at its discretion with prior notice to Members.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal is approved, the Member must have wagered a minimum of one (1) times the deposited amount. This requirement exists to prevent money-laundering via deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal activity. If a Member has accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted from the total account balance.

5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank account details provided by the Member, brt4d accepts no liability for the resulting delay or loss. Members are responsible for ensuring all banking details entered into the brt4d cashier are accurate and current.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by brt4d are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Member's account will expire and be removed automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.

6.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. The following activities constitute abuse of brt4d's bonus programme and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the Member's account, or permanent termination:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Coordinated wagering with other Members to create artificially low-risk positions (collusion or bonus-farming).
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place wagers in connection with bonus activity.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. brt4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already credited and actively being wagered by a Member in good faith.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on brt4d are subject to availability and to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. brt4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a system or pricing error has occurred; (b) the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit; or (c) brt4d has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent wagering activity.

7.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with brt4d's official sports rules, which are published on the Platform. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, brt4d's settlement rules for that sport apply. brt4d is the sole authority on the interpretation and application of its settlement rules.

7.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. brt4d accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues, device failures, or delays that prevent a Member from placing or cancelling an in-play bet. It is the Member's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during live betting activity.

7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games offered on brt4d are powered by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that brt4d has no ability to influence. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as set by each studio and are available on request.

7.5 Sakong & Traditional Card Games. Sakong tables on brt4d operate under the standard rules of the game as published on the Platform. brt4d reserves the right to void a hand or round where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome.

7.6 Sabung Ayam Arena. The live sabung ayam (cockfighting) arena offered on brt4d provides Meron / Wala / Draw markets on live events. brt4d acts solely as a betting operator and does not organise, host, or endorse any live event. Settlement is based on the official result declared by the event operator. In the event of a disputed or inconclusive result, brt4d reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes to Members' accounts.

7.7 Technical Errors. In the event of a software error, disconnection, or platform failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, brt4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account. brt4d is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from such technical events.

Members must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with their use of brt4d:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
2. Using brt4d for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
3. Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity.
4. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any such exploit must be reported to brt4d support immediately.
6. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraud with other Members or third parties.
7. Attempting to access, probe, or penetrate brt4d's technical systems without authorisation.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing brt4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.
9. Allowing any third party to access or use your brt4d account on your behalf.

brt4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on brt4d, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

brt4d implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and regular third-party security audits to protect Member data. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Members use the Platform at their own risk.

brt4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Limited data sharing may occur with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and fraud prevention partners strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services to Members.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brt4d's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided by brt4d shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their brt4d account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.2 brt4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform — even if brt4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 brt4d is not responsible for any losses suffered by a Member as a result of: (a) the Member's own gambling decisions; (b) interruption of service caused by third-party infrastructure providers; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; or (d) the Member's failure to maintain secure access to their account.

10.4 brt4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your brt4d account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by brt4d. brt4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money-laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring the account to be closed.
• The Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination by brt4d for a breach of these Terms, brt4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds directly associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money funds not connected to any breach will be returned to the Member following completion of the investigation.

brt4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, brt4d will notify Members by displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the brt4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. brt4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform under internationally recognised standards and holds its operations to the principles of provably fair gaming and player fund protection.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or relating to these Terms or a Member's use of the Platform, the Member must first contact brt4d's Customer Support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. brt4d will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support within the timeframe above, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body mutually agreed upon by both parties. brt4d's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, settlement, and bonus eligibility is final unless an independent review determines otherwise.

13.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
